NO endo can not been seen on an ultrasound! The only way to get a positive diagnoses for endo is to have a laporascopy done. This is an outpatient surgery where they make 2-3 small incisions in your stomach and go in and look. It is likely that this may be endo. Has your gyn ever suggested it to you? I would deffinatley bring this up with her and see what she has to say.And if all else fails, find a new doctor.
