I am especially interested in knowing if there is anyway to have this paid for by a social program or emergency insurance. I know someone who is about to have her fourth child at the age of 23. This will be the second she'll have to put up for adoption and one is living with family -- of her four children, she can only afford to raise one. She wants very much to have her tubes tied, but the cost is very high. Any ideas?
