Nausea after orgasm

I've noticed that sometimes after I orgasm (with or without penetration) I get a bit sick to my stomach for about an hour or so. Is this normal and what could be causing it? This has nothing to do with the nausea, but I also noticed that on a few occassions, a few days after I think my period has stopped, when I orgasm without penetration, I start to bleed a bit again. Just to let you know, I am on Demulen, and my cycle is pretty regular on the pills. I have 2 days of light flow, then another couple days of spotting. A day after I thought my period had stopped and also 3 days after I thought my period had stopped, when I orgasmed, I bled a bit. As I said, this has happened on a few occassions right after my period has supposedly stopped. This never happens in the middle of the month or anything. And, the bleeding is minimal, just some spotting on the toilet paper. I was wondering if this had to do with the end of my period or what would be causing it. I have no pain or any other symptoms along with it. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
