Your post was very perceptive. These symptoms can be related to many
other possibilities including PMS, etc.
Could it be endometriosis? Sure.
Can you tell by an exam? Sometimes.
Would a laparoscopy help to make the diagnosis? Probably (there is
something called "invisible endometriosis" that won't be seen).
Do you need a laparoscopy now? Only if you are uncomfortable enough to
say "I need to know and trying birth control pills or Lupron to see if
the complaints go away isn't something I want to do".
