assuming that there is nothing physically/psychosomatically wrong with you (and you can find out quite a bit for yourself: look at the area with a mirror, try inserting a finger, then 2, 3 - a penis isn't that much bigger, become comfortable with yourself), try this: Lots, lots, LOTS of foreplay, maybe an orgasm or two before even trying, lots of lube (Astroglide, Wet are excellent, KY will do), and generally patience and a sense of humor. Believe me, "it" will go in - but it's not an Olympic discipline. Fun can be had in so many ways, and they are all worthwhile.
