I'm confused as to why your doctor would have suggested that you might have a blighted ovum if tested negative for pregnancy. With a blighted ovum, you will have positive pregnancy tests if not both urine and blood, certainly blood. You really need to get ahold of your doctor. If she isn't available, get another one in her practice/clinic. The only way (that I am aware of) to rule out a blighted ovum is through ultrasound. I had one last year and had a D&C done because I did not spontanously abort. You may need the same. good luck.
