First of all, I've recently got off the pill about a month ago. I know that it takes a while for my period to come. I have these really sharp pain on the right side of my lower abdomen. They come and go, but when they come, they hurt pretty badly. I'm also experience cramps that come and go. My appetite has changed, my nipples are very sore and I experience nausea daily. I have been having unprotected sex. Should I be concerned and see a doctor? Or is this the effects of coming off the pill?
