Not sure. Usually, I change the dose when women fail to ovulate but I also start most women on 100mg at the outset.

You'd need a sonogram to determine that.

It should be safe for a while. If you fail to get pregnant after about 6 months (many doctors limits before going to something else) I recommend to my patients to see a reproductive endocrinologist for further medication.
