Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Orthotricyclene" I have been on orthotricyclene for a few months now. I recently got married and didn't want to get my period on my honeymoon. So a nurse/friend recommended i skip the last 7 pills in the pack and just begin a new pack. I did this and my period was delayed approximately 2 weeks. But now I have been bleeding on and off for 10 days. Some days it is quite light and sometimes heavy, with some(but not heavy) clotting. I am scheduled to start a new pack of pill tomorrow (Sunday). Is this bleeding normal or should I go to see my gyno? If it is normal, approximately how long will it last and should i start the new pack of pills as scheduled? Thank you for your help.
