There are tons of reasons why your period can be such a pain and last so
looooooooong. Among them are weight loss, weight gain, stress, thyroid
changes, medications, pregnancy, stress (stress is a biggie) and that's
just for starters.
If this persists or recurs monthly like this, it would be a good idea to
see a gynecologist to see what's up.
