I am 17 and a virgin. I have not had a period since the end of february. usually my periods come every month and a half. I have been severly stressed and depressed for the last 5 months. I have chest pains often from severe stress. I have not had sexual intercourse EVER in my entire life. I am not obese. I started my period at age 10 1/2. RIght now, i feel like i am having cramps (this feeling has lasted about a month) but still no period. menstrual discharge isnt smelly or odd colored. its clear and varies in consistancy. My mom had a cyst on her ovary a few years ago. I want to talk to my mom about this, but I am afraid to talk to her about issues like this, because we never have talked about them before. What could be the problem? If it is stress related, how can i totally relieve the stress? please help me.
