Premenopausal Estrogen Deficiency

I have fairly severe problems with endometriosis, and have been taking birth control pills for 7 years in an attempt to control my periods. However, my doctor has now taken me off the pill because she feels as if my husband and I have to try and have a baby soon if we are ever going to have one. I have recently found out that I have an estrogen deficiency, and will have to regularly have blood tests to monitor this hormone level. My doctor has not given me any information yet regarding what this means. Can you tell me anything about estrogen deficiency in young women? Does this cause fertility problems?

Thank you! Concerned about having a baby
