I am on my third month of Brenda 35 BCP. At the start of my first month,the day after my period ended, I had unprotected sex, thinking that the timing would be safe, now I am starting to wonder. I had breakthrough bleeding during the first month, checked with the pharmacist who told me it was perfectly normal to have that when starting a new pill, so i continued on did not seem to have any other side effects and the next week my period came as per normal, month 2 seemed to be perfectly normal without any problems, I had my period, so commenced on month number 3. This month I have had very tender breasts and I have been feeling very tired, could it be pregnancy??? If I try a home testing kit, will the result be affected by taking the pill? I wasn't worried initially, but am becoming increasingly concerned and alarmed! I need some advice, please help. Thanks Mich x.
