Vulvodynia from oral sex?

I have had vulvodynia for the past 2 + years. The problems started after oral sex, I developed what they told me was a yeast infection, plus a bacterial infection. I took all the pills and creams, and the discharge went away, but the pain never did. It was actually very rough oral sex, it was a bad situation, so maybe its possible he hurt me or damaged my nerve endings..but shouldnt that have gone away by now? It hurt so bad I could harldy walk, and I have very bad days mixed with the good even today..the pain is always there no matter what. Is it possible he infected me with some germ from his mouth? I have no visible signs of a dermatitus, my skin looks normal. I flare up in the heat, or when I wear tight clothing. I use detergent that is hypoallregenic from the health store, Ive taken Calcium citrate, used creams (Steroids and Estrogens which neither helped)..but the pain is always there. Could it possibly be from something in my urine that is causing my skin to react? I have only been sexual once since this incident and it resulted in a urinary tract infection with bleeding. I am in utter desperation because no doctor has found any answers for me. Im desperate!
