Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: the pill, hair loss and yeast infections" I have been on several types of the pill for over two years now. I was on Necon, Levlite, Nordette, and now Mircette. While on the last two types of pills, I have had recurring yeast infections and hair loss. My doctor told me that there wasn't enough hormone in these pills to cause my hair loss, but as I continue to take these pills, it gets worse. Should I quit taking the pill all together?
