I have started to take multivitamins one a day for women which make me sick and even before I take them I am sick. I end up having sideaches and a very spastic colon. I get a headache with a plugged up ear. I have had the longest pain there forever and I know I am not pg because the test came out negative. I have soreness and I went to the doctor they said everything was just fine but lately my gerd reflux has gotten worse. I would be like talking on the phone and all of a sudden i would spit up. I don't know why and I am not aware of it when it happens. But the pain and the spastic colon has gotten so bad that I can't eat well. I lost 3 lbs because of it. I wonder if I am getting ovulation pains and symptoms because usually the ache goes away after I have my period but it's still there. This is the longest it lasted and sometimes it does spasms right in the abdomen area. that are very painful. I wonder about it . It is on sometimes on right sides and sometimes on left sides. I just wish I could find some help for this problem. so i can be able to eat again. they said it could be appendix but then ruled it out. I feel as if they are going through the same thing as they did with my gallbladder I had the same symptoms with my gallbladder then they said that bout 2 times but never did any test on it. then about 5 months later after the doctor says he thinks i had an ulcer i ended up finding a gallstone and got my whole gallbladder removed.
