Metrogel is for bacterial infection, and often about 4-5 days after finishing it, you will have a lot of clumpy looking discharge come out. It is not yeast, it is the dead cells coming out that contained the bacterial infection. Most docs will culture for gc and chlamydia if you have recurrent infections, just to be sure they are not missing something.
