Hello,

I am taking Alesse right now (just started on Easter) and it sucks sucks sucks. I've read that it was the lowest dose of whatever, but darn it, if BC pills make you feel this crappy, I don't want to take them. I feel like I'm dying. I have headaches (and I almost never had headaches before), have bloated up really badly, feel sick to my stomach, sometimes feel like I'm having a fever, etc. I feel so tired and useless. I was taking it in the morning, then Dr. said try taking it at night. I still feel so horrible. I feel like I've gained 10 lbs., but worse yet, I have lost my appetite. I mean, that side effect seems "good" because I want to lose weight, but there are times when I KNOW that I'm hungry but I can't eat because I feel like it will bloat me up even more. :( (besides, starving isn't the way to lose weight). I still have 5 more pink pills to go til the green ones but now I'm bleeding a little. Is this supposed to happen? The pill is supposed to psych your body into thinking it is pregnant, right? If this is what it feels like to be pregnant, YIKES! Once this packet is done, I want to stop taking it, but will I have side effects because of that? How long after i've stopped taking alesse will my body "go back to normal"? Thanks for the help, sorry about all the ranting.
