Mood flower,

Here is a thing I have very painful periods too. It went less when I did get on BC pills. So here's what I do when my period gets really painful I take pamprin. That helps alot and you should tell your sister gyn to check out for fibroids, sign of endometrosis, or cyst. I got checked out with both of those things because I had so painful periods which it turned out that I just had what you call dynsmenoreha and there's another thing. go to http://www.sarafem.com and see if your sister can get sarafem if fibroids, endo, and cyst are not the case. They are suppose to help with tension that means painful cramps. Plus, in case if that is not the case your sister should check the bladder, urinary, and kidney region. Plus, also the thyroid means to check the FSH and the TSH.

That's all I can say hope your sister solves the pain problem. it's terrible that she faints during the pain that's why I say check the thyroid also. Felecia
