paranoid?

I'm a teenager and I just started taking birth control pills. I know you're supposed to take them at the same time everyday, and I've been up to task doing that, but I have one worry- does taking them a few minutes late do anything? Sometimes I use my watch and sometimes I use my home clock to tell when to take them, but recently I discovered that they are about 5 minutes apart (the clocks). Should I be worried?
