Is this Natural ? Do you know what's causing this ? I got my assumed period three days late. The first day it was hardly even there but very dark brownish. The next day it was like a very heavily one but I had nausea with it and I feel this dull ache in my right side all the way to the middle kinda twinges. Which the first day I did have lil twinges also. So today is the third day and I am very light which I have this very dull ache still in my right side but still feel nauseau. I was wondering what this could be causing me to have those very dull aches but the twinges are what hurt. I took some pamprin which usually helps this situation but this time it didn't.
