I was on the pill for a year Loestrin- in January I got sick and missed 2- subsequently starting my period 2 weeks early. I doubled up and maintained the pill through Feb. On Feb 10th I should have taken the last pill in the packet, somehow I forgot and had "unprotected" sex on Feb 14th- prior to ejaculation I told my boyfriend and he pulled out. Panicked I got ECP on Feb 15th and took as prescribed, along with my pill as I am suppose to. I didnt have my period in Feb like I normally would have (I assumed because I already had it earlier) in March I had spotting on the day my period was due (nothing after) and I took 5 hpts- all negative. I had severe breast ache all month and nausea (my doctor feels because of all the hormones and worry). In April I started my period a day early and had it for 5 days- very normal with clotting and all. The breast ache has subsided- (on and off feel a little) and no more nausea. My doctor never gave me a test, but prescribed a new pill Ortho cept I started Monday. I have felt bloated and I can't get it out of my head that there is STILL a chance I am pregnant. Especially when I read here you can still bleed during pregnancy. I just need some straight answers..................am I paranoid?
