Towards the end I realized my breasts were tender, a bit more full and my nipples were a bit swollen. The tenderness has yet to subside and they are getting a little more tender, especially towards the evenings. I've also been having mild headaches(I never get headaches) and also have been noticably more sleepy. On 4/17 I had pink spotting. During the course of the last few weeks I've taken 4 pregnancy tests, the last on 4/20 which all came up negative. My caffeine intake has been slightly less than usual. My real concern is the sore breasts- what could be causing this? Could I possibly be pregnant? The soonest I was able to make a gyn appt is 5/4. All input would be greatly appreciated.
