Re: Size does matter!

Jennifer,

I had the same "problem" with my last boyfriend. I regularly had tears around my vagina, kinda like childbirth :-(

What we ended up doing was: Condoms helped a lot, as they are extremely smooth; use extra lubricant (we used "Slippery Stuff", which is exactly that and very, very good, or Astroglide), help him enter by "pointing" him in the right direction (to avoid any vigorous poking around) and make sure that no skin folds/hairs of yours get caught to avoid chafing; use more lube if you're at it longer; and, best of all, have an orgasm (or 2 ;-) before attempting penetration. Ideally through oral sex -> more lubrication. It'll relax your muscles and lessen the chance of cramping up. Also, make sure that you're healed before trying it again. Try varying positions: Maybe you will find some that change the angle of entry, putting less friction on areas that tend to be sore.

Also, I think there's a phase of "breaking in" or adapting - I was 31 and not inexperienced when I met Mr. Stud, but it still took a while to adapt to his dimensions.

Good luck, and have fun, Anja
