Re: birth control pills as morning-after pillFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netMon, 16 Apr 2001 21:06:30 -0500 (CDT)
Don't take any pill. Since you went off of it the taking one pill won't do any good and then doubling the dosage can cause you to have a stroke. That's why they say when wearing a condom pull out before he ejaculates. Plus, the fertilty awareness method is not a good method. You can be ovulating after a couple days of your period. the method what your doing is called the rythm method old fashion term. No one will know when they are ovulating unless they get an ultrasound and have some blood work or a transvaginal exam. Make sure you go to a gyn and take a pg test then if your not pg then begin new bc pills not old ones even if they are not expired. Plus , if you are pg and u trying to have a spontatoneous abortion by taking to many pills you will get more than what you bargained for a kid that has a alot of problems.
