Re: Birth control and weight loss

I gained about 15-20 lbs when I was on an anti-depressant for anxiety attacks (Imiprimine). I have since been able to get off the drug (been off three and a half months). I still cannot lose the weight even though I work out practically every day and eat fairly well. (At least I know I don’t eat enough to not be able to lose the weight). I asked my doctor if the birth control pill could have anything to do with it and she said that it was a possibility. She changed me to ortho-novum. I was wondering if anyone knew of a particular birth control pill that was helpful for losing weight. Please help if you can. Thank you.
