Ingrown hairs in pelvic region

Hi all,

Please help.

I have had what my doctor calls ingrown hairs in my pubic region for almost 3 years now. They can become quite large like boils and are very painful until they explode leaving a great amount of discharge. You could call them huge piples type of thing.

No matter what I do they wont go away and they always come back. Even anitbiotics dont work anymore and they are completely ruining my confidence and my sex life. They leave very ugly scars and even once they have exploded they remain as a bump of a purple or scabbie colour for weeks afterwards in which time a new one appears close by.

I usually have between 3 and 10 at any one time.

Can someone please help me I have used every available ingrown hair remedy there is but nothing works.
