A pregnancy question

One of my male family members has only one testicle due to a surgery needed when he was two or three. He wont ask the dr if he will be able to have children now that he is engaged. Would you be able to tell me if he will be able to produce enough sperm with one testicle to conceive children. Any help would be much appreciated by him.
