You need to be as specific as possible about why you are going to the doctor, so that they can give you an appropriate time slot. You may find that your doctor, anticipating a simple annual and pap, has not slotted enough time to counsel you about your concerns as you (and he) might wish. Be as truthful and complete as possible, and don't assume that your doctor will "read between the lines" about anything.
