I have been with my current partner for 6 years and I don't understand how this could have gone unnoticed until now. We haven't had more than 2 other partners each and that was at least 2 years before we had sex. Neither of us have had any symptoms until now. I s this possible? I'm having the laser treatment done in two weeks and my doctor says it will be painful and that I shouldn't work or do much of anything for at least 3 days. Is the treatment really as bad as it sounds? How likely is it that the warts will come back? Is this something we'll keep passing back and forth? Are there any steps I can take to reduce the risk of the warts appearing again? Thank You for your help!
