I'm late...From: Ali (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 20 Mar 2001 12:05:23 -0600 (CST)
I have a longer than most menstrual cycle (typically 31-35 days), and right now I'm facing day thirty-nine and still no bleeding. I've taken a pee pregnancy test and it was negative, so I'm looking for information on other reasons why I might not have started my period yet. You may need to know that I increased my workout regimen this past month (which I know can affect hormone levels), I increased my vitamin intake (Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Beta Carotene and Chromium Piccolinate), and I have done a heightened level of meditating (specifically communicating with my body organs, asking for more regulation of hormonal relaeses to correct imbalances). Nonetheless, I have had increased bowel activity and a dissettled stomache (which is leading to loss of appetite). And still no bleeding... What do you think???
