I thank you all for your responses, but the questions still remain:

-Is a small vagina something that her doctor would notice and remark on?

-how common is it for a vagina to be abnormally small?

-Would the fact that her ear canals and mouth are particularly small increase the likelyhood that her vagina also would be smaller than normal?
