Just a guess: Might it be an allergy to different condoms, different lube, different whatever you guys might be using for fun? Is it with a particular guy only - maybe it's his semen (I'm not trying to accuse you of anything, just covering all my bases)? Maybe a different body lotion that gets "rubbed in" really well?

I know that three times in my life I reacted very severely to something (to the point of literally being unable to open my eyes or speak because my face was so swollen), and they could never find out what it was. Maybe it's one of those mysterious things...
