Hi, Leslie !

Just want to let you know that there's a study on ventricular ectopy and insulin resistance. According to this study (Ventricular ectopic activity, left ventricular mass, hyperinsulinemia, and intracellular magnesium in normotensive patients with obesity. Angiology 2000 Feb; 51(2): 101-6), ventricular ectopy may be related to insulin resistance in obese normotensive patients. Most PCOS patients are obese and have insulin resistance, so hypothetically, the incidence rate of ventricular ectopy may also be higher.
