This almost certainly does not have anything to do with your PCOS, but rather points to disruptions of the natural pacemaker system in the heart. The real problem is the ventricular ectopy (the abberant beats that originate in the ventricles of the heart). These can be very dangerous if there are a lot of them, or if you run them togethere in multibeat complexes. You need to talk with your cardiologist about the exact implications of your testing.
