Kelly, I am 28 years old. I had a partial hysterectomy when I was 24 years old. I was bedridden in severe pain while I had 2 young children, a full time job to tend to. Well I gave up the job. When I was 27, I had my full hysterectomy and now I am in menopause. I feel like crap! I am tired all the time, my body feels like it has been taken over by aliens. I am trying new HRT right now. I am on 0.625 mg 2x a day of premarin. My physician is monitoring me to see if this will work. So far, I feel really no difference. I still have severe night sweats, I'm very tired all the time. My body feels as though I'm 80 years old. And not including the mental stress of not being able to do the things I use to love doing because I'm just physically exhausted and to me, this isn't really good considering I'm not even 30. I'm just beginning to take the time to understand and know how my body works again. Except in our case, we have been thrown right into the unknown. As I keep saying to my family who cannot understand the change I went through is that I just got out of puberty nevermind dealing with as I thought a 51 year olds problem. I have no wisdom on this area and to find someone my age has been trying because there is not much available for us as of yet. Keep your spirits up.
