I remember when I was, oh, 12, and all of my friends were developing breasts. I was flat as a board. There was a little "exercise" that I was told would increase my chest....your arms are at a 90 degree angle and you say, "I must, I must, I must increase my bust!" Oh how I tried this one, day in and day out!! LOL Guess what, it didn't work (who knew?!?!? ;o)...)! Well, by the time I hit 14 (I'm 34 now), things changed drastically....and now I am looking for an exercise to shrink them! LOL just kidding, of course ;o). Try a Wonder Bra.
