It sounds like a common cardiac arrhythmia known as atrial tachycardia, but I have no way of knowing for sure. I am not aware of any cardiac arrhythmias that are related to PCOS. If you need short term, non-hormonal contraception, you may be limited to barrier methods, condoms for example.
