Concerning Sexual Emotions

My question is concerning my sexual emotions. I am still a virgin, but pertaining to other sexual acts, I seem to not have, or have a very low, sex drive. I have never been abused, do not take drugs, and seem emotionally fit (with the occasional hit of insecurities/low self esteem which seems to plague most young women). It just seems so abnormal to me, to get to that point (of a sexual act), and then just not have the urge to continue. Granted, I should go to my doctor upon this issue, but I wanted to be somewhat educated before I made an appointment. Is there any information on testosterone (spelling?) levels and horomones that I should have knowledge of? Could an irregular period be a cause? Any suggestions/information would be appreciated.
