Corina,

I am not a Dr. or any other type of medical professional, but, what you write, does concern me!!! If the cysts are growing this large and so fast, I would think something should be done. I have had much smaller cysts rupture, but to have something the size of a grapefruit rupture, that just sounds barbaric to me!!!!

Maybe your sister would do well with a second opinion.

Check the archives on the Pregnancy and Birth Forum. There may be a lot of information on cysts and pregnancy over there.

Good luck to your sister!
