If you mean "safe" in terms of sexual intercourse and prevention of pregnancy, I would think you'd have to wait a full month to make sure that pregnancy would not occur (meaning, using another form of birth control, i.e. condoms). Also, make sure you always use condoms in addition to the pill, or any other type of contraception. This will help prevent STD's and AIDS!
