You have recurrent urinary tract infections, symptoms worsening during
your period, constipation and irregular cycles.
There appear to be multiple problems, although minor in comparison to
serious problems. They may be inter-related but because a relation is
not immediately obvious, a thorough history and physical with pelvic
exam included should help figure this out. Without an exam, it would be
blind guessing.
