Hey I just read your message and I am not a doctor just somebody who happen to glance at what you wrote. You have to be taking aleese for at least 3 months before you start going unprotected or any kind of pill for that matter. 11 day is not at all enought time for the pill to be effective. And even though you are on the pill you still have to use condoms the pill does not prevent STD's. Please call your doctor and have he/she explain how to use the pill having unprotected sex 11 days after taking the pill is very dangerous.
