Sound like cystitis, or urinary tract infection (UTI). Sometimes, vigorous sex can push bacteria where they don't belong or otherwise irritate those parts. Tell her to drink a lot, especially cranberry juice, and see a doctor. A round of antibiotics will take care of it.
