The only way to diagnose Endo is with a surgical procedure called a laparoscopy. Even a pelvic exam will not show Endo. Drs. can feel nodules which may indicate Endo, but that is not an accurate way to diagnose either. If the original poster has only had sex a few times, it may take a little longer, as well as patience, to get through this.
