Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: chronic pelvic pain" Hi, I'm 23y.o.having similar problems with pain after an ectopic/salpigectomy. Prior to my ectopic I never experienced pain. My ovaries are also different sizes and U/S report no abnormalities. I have had this pain for approx. 10 months having been to the ER due to extreme pain. I have this pain through all stages of my cycle although on the pill. This time I had a mild discharge which the doctor in ER saw and tested. Apparently it was a bacterial & likely to cause more damage to my tubes,a battery of tests were clear. So I am in the same position as you - no answers.
