Seeing the gyn isn't a bad idea, if only to get confirmation that it
isn't gyn in origin. Four years later is quite unlikely for the
endometriosis to rear it's ugly head (depending upon what therapy you've
had since, of course). The MRI of the lumbar spine should help make the
diagnosis.
