My period is always regular and comes every 28 days and lasts about 4 days. I ended my period a week ago (which was slightly lighter than normal), but in the last two days I have experienced a little dark brown blood discharge especially when I am trying to have a bowel movement. I have been under extreme emotional stress in the last month and was wondering if that could be the cause of this dark brown spotting or if not what could it be?
