Well, with the weather being cold, dry skin is something that happens a lot, so maybe you have a bit of dry skin. You might want to try a moisturizing lotion and see if that helps. Also, I don't know what type of soap you use, but I have found the best soap for my skin is Dove Unscented for Sensitive Skin. I don't necessarily have dry skin, but when it is cold, I tend to get a little itchy, and it does help. You might also want to make sure that whatever you are washing your cloths and bras in isn't too harsh....I use Ivory to wash my bras and that is a very mild soap.
