I would say to make an appt. for the Dr. to see you and get another Urine Culture to see if the Infection cleared up. If you are currently on antibiotics, it might skew the result and give a negative reading when it may be positive. I have always been told that I need to be off the antibiotic for five days before another culture can be done. If there is a family history of Diabetes, bring this up to the Dr. and see what s/he says. If this is the first UTI you've had, it may be that the antibiotic just wasn't enough to clear up the infection and it lingered. Make the appt. Good luck and feel better.
